Renewable Licenses
Renewable licenses involve a one-time purchase and subsequent annual subscription to a “Support and Maintenance” contract, which provides access to the software, support desk and product updates. 6 months of support and maintenance are included free with the initial license cost, with a subsequent annual charge of 20% of the list price.

Leased Licenses
Leased licenses involve a time-limited purchase, which provides access to the software, support desk and product updates for the duration of the contract. Leased licenses cannot be transferred to a renewable license.

SPV: Spatial variation of undrained material properties.
CLI: Command-line interface (for unattended analyses / parametric studies).
Single add-in = 30% of the list price, both add-ins = 50% of the list price.
