We are aware that, following a recent Windows update, some users with integrated graphics (laptops) have been experiencing an “unexpected error” message and application shutdown. We are working on a fix, but in the meantime, normal functionality can be achieved by either installing with the “Use software rendering” option ticked, or by:
Going to the installation directory e.g.:
C:\Program Files\LimitState\RING4.2\binRenaming opengl32sw.dll to opengl32.dll

The LimitState:RING MacOS Beta version is supplied with the following known issues:
Command line calls must be made from the folder containing the .RING source file(s).
Flexible (USB dongle) licenses are not supported.
Academic licensing over WiFi must be undertaken with MAC randomization disabled.
