1. Telephone and email support*

Office hours: 09:00 - 17:00 GMT/BST, Monday-Friday (except bank holidays)

Customers can login to access:

  • A support portal, which allows: support requests to be logged and tracked; a growing knowledge base to be searched
  • An archive of previous software releases
  • Published literature
  • Training materials

 

3. Forum

A public forum is under development. This should be the first port of call for all academic users.
