LimitState:GEO 2.0 Release Candidate Available

LimitState are pleased to announce that a Release Candidate version of LimitState:GEO 2.0 is available for download from today.

LimitState:GEO 2.0 represents a major milestone in the development of this innovative software application. In advance of the official launch of the software next month we are making available a release candidate version for users to try now, and welcome feedback on this.

LimitState:GEO 2.0 enhancements include:

  • The ability to model a wider variety of soil-structure interaction problems (including those involving rotational mechanisms, rigid and flexible nails and sheet pile walls)

  • Improved editing experience (more intuitive and the ability to now undo any action makes it even easier to explore ‘what if’ scenarios)

  • More comprehensive report output, with free body diagram equilibrium equations now provided in tabular format to improve readability and facilitate checking

  • Imperial units option

  • Autorecovery file is saved (in case of power outage or crash)
