Forestry Civil Engineering (FCE) is the civil engineering arm of the UK Forestry Commission. Having been in existence in various guises since the 1950's, FCE provide a service to the Forestry Commission and has also become increasingly active for external customers in recent years. FCE has a network of staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales. LimitState:RING will initially be used to help assess a multi-span masonry arch bridge in the Manchester area.
