LimitState’s customer referral programme offers you a 50% discount voucher each time you introduce our software to colleagues working in other offices or organizations. Any colleagues that you recommend will also benefit by receiving a voucher which reduces their first support and maintenance renewal fee by 50%.

LimitState Customer Referral Programme

As a LimitState customer, you can receive a voucher for up to 50% off your support and maintenance costs for each new referral. Just introduce a colleague to one or more LimitState software products and we'll do the rest.  If they purchase a renewable license within 6 months, you will earn a discount voucher valid against future support and maintenance purchases. Introduce enough colleagues and you’ll never need to pay a support and maintenance fee again!

To take part in the programme, simply send an email to info@limitstate.com indicating your interest in participating. We'll reply with further details and a sample email message that you can send to your colleagues.

Conditions

• Available to any existing LimitState customer (current license holder)
• Referrals must not have been previously referred by another LimitState licensee, and must not already be engaged in an active LimitState sales cycle
• Discounts may not be applied retroactively to fees already paid
• LimitState Ltd is the sole judge of whether to accept or reject a referral
• Referrals must be made by current customers by way of an introductory email, with a copy sent to info@limitstate.com referring to the Customer Referral Programme in the subject
• Only referrals who purchase a renewable license for LimitState software within a 6 month period from the date of the referral will result in discount credit
• Discount credit will be given at the rate of up to 50% per successful referral with a maximum discount of 100% off the next LimitState software license fee or renewal order
• If the referral relates to a license of lesser value than the one you currently hold then the value of the discount voucher issued to you will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, up to a maximum level of 50%
• The Customer Referral Programme may be terminated at any time with notice from LimitState Ltd, but any current referrals in the pipeline will be honoured for the full 6-month licensing window
• LimitState Ltd will keep track of these referrals in its database
